Pharmacogenomics
Pharmacogenomics is the study of the role of the genome in drug response, using both Pharmacology and Genomics to analyze how the genetic makeup of an individual affects his/her response to drugs. This allows for more precise and personalized treatment.
Who Qualifies:
- An individual who takes multiple medications or has complex treatment plans
- An individual who has had any adverse drug reactions to medication in the past
- An individual who is not receiving satisfactory results from their medication
